Savings Plan

This Plan was established and is maintained under collective bargaining agreements between your Employer and your Local Union, or participation agreements between an Employer and the Plan. These agreements call for Participating Employers to make contributions to the Plan.

PLAN CUSTODIAN

The plan custodian is John Hancock Retirement Plan Services (John Hancock). John Hancock holds the Plan’s assets and, generally, invests assets in accordance with directions made by individual participants through its automated participant services.
Benefit distributions are paid to participants by John Hancock.

BENEFIT ENTITLEMENT

Participants are entitled to payment of their account upon termination of employment or upon termination of an Employer’s obligation to contribute to the Plan. Please see the SPD for more information, rules and payment options.

APPLICATION PACKAGE

When you become eligible to withdraw your account balance due to termination of employment or retirement, please contact the Fund office after your last date of employment by calling 856-793-1598 or 800-555-4959 and ask for an Application Package. Once all requirements are met, including receipt of the last contribution from your employer and employment verification certification, your application will be processed by the Fund office as soon as administratively possible. Note: This process may take up to 90 days. Your benefit distribution payment will come from John Hancock.
